Best Marijuana Cooking Recipes: Infused THC Cooking

There are a number of things you can make with cannabis and eat later. Here are all the recipes gathered from different sources so you can enjoy eating cannabis as well as smoking and growing it:

Cannabis Toast

  • Cannabis (solid resin)


  1. Crumble finely a good amount on to some butter.
  2. Put under grill to melt cannabis into butter.
  3. Repeat as necessary
  4. Toast the toast
  5. Spread the butter with added cannabis onto the toast.

Hash Yogurt

  1. Prepare in a teaspoon enough hash for a decent spliff.
  2. Add a small amount of cooking oil into the spoon so that it covers all the hash. Then heat the spoon with a lighter for about 2 minutes. The cooking oil will start to bubble and become cloudy with a dark colour. The oil extracts the THC from the hash and ‘brings it to the surface’. When all the hash has dispersed into the oil, have a yogurt ready prepared.
  3. Dip the spoon, with its contents, into the yogurt and stir.
  4. Leave for 5 minutes to let it disperse into the yogurt, however if you can’t wait that long, eating instantly is still alright.
  5. When finished, throw away yogurt carton and prepare for a trip!

Space Fondue

  1. It’s a French recipe that blows your head off. First of all, prepare a special cauldron called in French “poelon” by rubbing an onion against its bottom.
  2. Then put about 1lb of French cheese called “emmental” and half a glass of Kirsch. You need 0.01 lb. of hash (prepared just as the hash yogurt).
  3. The principle of the French fondue savoyarde is always shake the mixture above a middle fire.
  4. Then you have to steep some bread pieces into it.
  5. Then you just have to ingest the bread pieces, its delicious with a good bottle of white wine.

Bud Butter

  • 1 lb butter (REAL butter)
  • 1 oz pot


  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan to boiling.
  2. Add the pot and let boil until the butter has turned green from the pot.
  3. Pour butter through a strainer to remove all of the pieces of pot.
  4. Chill until solid.

Pot Brownies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • pot (the more the better)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, soda and cocoa together.
  3. Then mix in the butter and egg. Mix in the pot last.
  4. Pour the mix into a greased 8″X8″ pan.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes.

No-Bake Pot Cookies

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c quick oats
  • pot (the more the better)


  1. Mix sugar, cocoa, peanut butter, milk and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a full boil; boil for 1 min stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in oats 1 cup at a time.
  4. Then add vanilla and pot.
  5. Drop by spoonsful onto wax paper and let cool.

Hot Buttered Bhang

  • 1/2 stick butter (REAL butter)
  • 1/3 oz pot
  • 8 oz vodka


  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Add the pot and when the butter is melted and let sizzle over medium heat for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in vodka swiftly (be careful of splatter) and cook 30 more seconds.
  4. Strain the liquids and save the pot mash for another round.
  5. Makes two 4 oz servings.

Ganja Lasagna

  • 1 pkg lasagna noodles
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup parmasean cheese
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella, shredded
  • 2-3 Tbsp pot, fine
  • 2 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp sage (optional)
  • 1 beaten egg


  1. Preheat oven to 375F (200C).
  2. Prepare noodles according to package.
  3. Brown hamburger in skillet and drain grease.
  4. Add water and spaghetti sauce.
  5. Mix the egg, cheeses and herbs together.
  6. In a lasagna pan (9″X14″), lay a layer of noodles. Cover with a layer of meat then a layer of the cheese mix. Repeat until finished.
  7. Cover lasagna with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Best Cannabis Cookies

Ingredients (Type 1 – Party Platter):

Makes 50-60 kick-ass cookies — remember, do not skimp!

  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter — have 3 sticks handy
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. chocolate chips (a 12 oz. package)
  • 1 oz. marijuana — do not skimp!

You will also need two large bowls, a cookie sheet, an oven and a measuring cup.

Ingredients (Type 2 – Mind Melting – VERY STRONG):

Makes 25-30 dangerous cookies — remember, do not skimp!

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter — have 2 sticks handy
  • 3/8 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/8 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chocolate chips (a 6 oz. package)
  • 1 oz. marijuana — do not skimp!

You will also need two large bowls, a cookie sheet, an oven and a measuring cup.


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook the weed with the butter for at least 15-20 minutes, but as long as possible until the weed is dark brown.
  3. Discard the cooked grass and melt more butter until you have the proper amount (1 or 1/2 cup, depending on recipe).
  4. In one bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. In another bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract, beat until creamy.
  6. Beat in eggs.
  7. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Drop by level measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes.

Note: If you do not want to use a full ounce of pot, you can use a half-ounce in the “Mind-Melting” recipe. Since that recipe is just half the ingredients of the larger recipe, but all the weed, your cookies will be as strong as the “Party Platter” recipe, but with half the cookies.

The Traditional Space Cake

  • 250 grams flour (3 cups)
  • 200 grams butter (2/3 cup)
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 bags of vanillasugar (optional)
  • little bit of salt
  • 4 to 7 grams weed


  1. First melt the butter.
  2. Put a bowl on top of a pan of hot water (the water must not spill in the bowl, let if float). You can also use a microwave oven, but make sure it won’t boil.
  3. Clean the weed and pound it until its particles are as fine as possible. Do the same with the hashish if you want to make a hash cake. Put it in the butter while it is still hot and fluid.
  4. Allow the butter to cool off until it is not fluid anymore.
  5. Add the eggs and the sugar and start beating.
  6. This part is very important. Go on beating until the mixture is creamy and white.
  7. Add the milk, the vanilla sugar and the salt.
  8. Now beat the flour trough the creamy batter. Don’t use a mixer but a wooden spoon or a big flat spoon. This is to prevent the air escaping the creamy batter.
  9. Take a cake tin of 2 liter, 28 cm long. Butter the inside of the tin and pour the mixture in. Pre-heat the oven to 160 Celsius (electric oven), 180 Celsius (gas oven), and bake the cake at least 70 minutes (electric oven) or 80 minutes (gas oven).
  10. Take a pointy, thin and long pin (a long knitting needle) and stab this into the cake. The cake is ready if the needle is still dry after pulling it out of the cake.
  11. Leave the cake to cool and then it’s fun time.

  • If pot was legal in my state I would definitely be indulging in non-smoking delivery methods. I would make a few super powerful brownies and a few less intense brownies. Then I would just make it clear to the kids which is which and why.
  • Well it’s been 30 minutes and after reading all of these comments I think two cups of water and one cup of oil is way too much for eight grams. Gahhh. I am not not a smoker, my husband smokes, so I wanted to surprise him with pot brownies, but this would be my first time. Any help?
  • Im new to cooking these edibles, but I am doing all I can to read and prepare my kitchen, sadly my left wrist is somewhat fractured.. well this will be fun.
  • I have done this many different times and I use 16 oz coconut oil to one ounce of weed. If I don’t have time to bake, I will just make some tea, or any hot drink, and add a teaspoon of the coconut oil to it and then I will sip on the tea because the strengths are never really the same. Please be aware: the very first time I baked pot brownies, I had no idea how they would come out. I ended up eating one brownies and got WAY to stoned. I was completely couch locked and ended up falling asleep. Oh well, you live and learn.
    • The problem with pot brownies is their amazing taste. You can never have enough. And once you've eaten your share you want more. This leads to over consumption of thc and gets you couched locked on cloud 18. Best thing would be to crawl to your bed and sleep it off, you won't be productive the rest of the day.
  • Always be aware this will most likely smell up your house. Obviously if you live with your parents or roommates this could be an issue. If you give yourself a few hours to air out the house I think you should be fine. You could also cook some food after, that has garlic or onions, to introduce a new scent into the area.
    • Introducing a new smell is a really good idea. However a simpler solution would be to open one window in the kitchen and put a fan in front of it, blowing the air out of the window. Next crack a window across the house an inch or so. Within just a few minutes your home will smell like it usually does!
    • Over cooking will destroy most of the thc. THC starts to break down when exposed to high heat for a long time. To prevent this use a simple timer on your phone or watch and just don't forget about the cookies you have baking in the oven!
    • Your absolutely right. You want to make sure you follow the recipe as close as possible so that the goodies get properly activated. You don't want to waste your time and effort cooking something that never gets you feeling good. What a waste of materials and buds.
  • Of course you can put your uneaten portions away in the refrigerator or freezer until you want it. It will not diminish the potency whatsoever. I think the only thing that destroys thc is too much heat. You can actually boil off thc when cooking your edibles, so be careful with high temperatures and long cooking times.
    • When your finished munching on your canna cookies you can always wrap them in some tinfoil or plastic wrap and throw them in the freezer like you said. Freezing your goodies will preserve the cookies for much longer than the fridge would. I highly suggest making one large batch and freezing about half right away. Then in future when the time is right you can grab a handful out of the freezer to thaw.

  • This is my first post on this site. I will be getting an ounce of cannabis from a friend in a few weeks, how much cana butter would I be able to make with this? I know many of you will tell me just to smoke it but I have been having bad back pain these past few months and I want to make brownies so I can have some pain relief while I am studying at college.
    • It is up to you if you would like to double dose your next batch, I would highly suggest you do not mix two different forms of cannabis when cooking. This is because you will have a very hard time determining the potency of each brownie, and most likely, your friends will experience 'couch lock' and it may be too intense for them. Try to make your brownies with the recommended amounts first. After you get to test their potency, then proceed with increasing the amount of medicine you use.   • Has anyone cooked this with an eighth? I haven’t been able to find any recipes with that small of an amount of buds and I’m worried that won’t be enough for 12 brownies.
    • Trying to make good cannabis infused food with only 3.5 grams of cannabis will not turn out too well. I would highly suggest you try the 'firecracker' method. This is where you take two crackers and lay a thick layer of peanut butter on both. You then grind 1 - 1.5 grams of cannabis and sprinkle it on-top of the peanut butter. Then you put both halves together and wrap the sandwich in tinfoil so it is air tight. Next you want to throw the 'firecracker' into the oven @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When the timer is done take out the firecracker and let it cool off for a few minutes, and then eat! This is a simple and quick edible that will have you satisfied and floating on cloud 18. Give this edible a try, I think you will enjoy it.
